Payment/Billing

I accept private and out-of-network insurance. If your plan offers reimbursement, I’m happy to provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. My out-of-pocket hourly rate for all services is $160 for 60 minutes. I am available for a free fifteen-to-thirty-minute consultation at the number provided at the bottom of the page.

I am paneled with the following insurance companies: Premera, Kaiser, Regence, Aetna, & Cigna.

I offer a limited number of sliding scale appointments based on income and individual need. Please contact me to discuss current availability and to determine a rate that works for your situation.
